We grant the unopposed motion of attorney Joshua A. Lesser to withdraw as counsel for appellees Phoenix Electric, Inc and Houston Metro Electrical Corporation. Aaron McLeod of the law firm Adams and Reese LLP will remain as attorney in charge for appellees. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.4(c) ("If an attorney other than lead counsel will no longer represent a party, but lead counsel will continue to represent the party, the non-lead counsel should file a nonrepresentation notice. The notice should state that non-lead counsel will no longer represent the client and identify counsel who will continue to represent the party.").
