CANYON AUTO SPA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On March 29, 2023, a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel (albeit in duplicative copies), was filed by Arthur W. Petersen III, counsel for respondent in the above-docketed matter. That motion represented that Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen would remain as counsel for respondent in this proceeding. However, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen has never properly entered any appearance in this case, as no sufficient signature was reflected on the Answer filed herein.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 10, 2023, Kim-Khanh Thi Nguyen shall file a proper Entry of Appearance in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the duplicate Motion To Withdraw as Counsel filed March 29, 2023, at Docket Entry #14 is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
