S.P. v. State

Supreme Court of Florida
Jun 18, 2009
13 So. 3d 57 (Fla. 2009)

Opinion

No. SC08-1458.

June 18, 2009.

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 5D08-1547.

Petitioner's letter dated May 8, 2009, is treated as a motion to accept her response as timely filed and, so treated, is hereby granted. Upon review of petitioner's response to this Court's order to show cause dated April 13, 2009, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See K.Q.S. v. State, 3 So. 3d 1189 (Fla. 2009) (denying/discharging jurisdiction and dismissing review of K.Q.S. v. State, 975 So. 2d 536 (Fla. 1st DCA 2008)). The petition for discretionary review is therefore denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d)(2).
