ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL BETWEEN PLAINTIFF SOVERAIN SOFTWARE LLC AND DEFENDANT THE GAP, INC.

This Cause having come before the Court on the Stipulation of Dismissal Between Plaintiff Soverain Software LLC ("Soverain") and The Gap, Inc. ("Gap"), it is ORDERED that Soverain's Complaint against Gap and Gap's Counterclaims against Soverain are DISMISSED with prejudice, and that each party shall bear its own attorney's fees, expenses and costs.

So ORDERED.
