Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 30, 2016 and April 5, 2017, And plaintiff-appellant having moved, by separate motions, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, for leave to have the appeal heard on the original record and upon a reproduced appellant's brief, and for other relief (M-2988), and for a stay of termination of maintenance pending hearing and determination of the appeals (M-2831) Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to said motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied.
