Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 26, 2016, and from a Judgment of Divorce of said Court, also entered on or about February 26, 2016,And, defendant-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of certain parts of the aforesaid order and judgment, and for a stay of the second interim order of a Justice of the Supreme Court, dated March 23, 2017,And an application for an interim stay having been denied by a Justice of this Court on May 10, 2017,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is denied.
