Action to recover insurance proceeds allegedly due under a policy of insurance issued by the defendant, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain and tried to the jury before Lavine, J.; verdict and judgment for the defendant, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. Affirmed.
