This is a companion suit to Foreman v. United States Fidelity Guaranty Co., 253 So.2d 580 (La.App. 3rd Cir., 1971). The pertinent facts are set out in that decision.

For the reasons assigned in that decision, we affirm the trial court's judgment. The appellants to pay all costs.

Affirmed.
