Upon review of Petitioner's response to this Court's order to show cause dated May 2, 2013, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Hernandez v. State, 37 Fla. L. Weekly S730 (Fla. Nov. 21, 2012), reh'g denied (Fla. April 16, 2013), and Castano v. State, 119 So. 3d 1208 (Fla. 2012). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.330(d)(2). POLSTON, C.J., and PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur. A True Copy
