ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On September 13, 2021, petitioner electronically filed documents as 19 separate docket entries, each of which he titled "Exhibit(s)" (Docs. 5 through 23). All of petitioner's filed documents appear to be documents in the nature of evidence. Petitioner is advised that these documents have not been received into evidence by the Court. Unless otherwise directed by the Court, the proper time for the parties to offer evidentiary materials is at the trial of this matter. If petitioner wishes for respondent's counsel to consider petitioner's documents prior to the time of trial, petitioner should submit his documents directly to respondent's counsel, rather than filing them with the Court. Petitioner will be provided contact information for respondent's counsel when respondent's answer to the petition is filed in due course.

Upon due consideration, it is
