ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the respondents Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Long Island Rail Road Company pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 18, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondents Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Long Island Rail Road Company to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 12, 2011, and the brief of the respondents Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Long Island Rail Road Company must be served and filed on or before that date.
