DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated April 17, 2012 is denied, without costs, and such appeal is dismissed, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed upon a handwritten brief is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion is, in all other respects, denied.
