ORDER FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE


THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the parties' Joint Response to Show Cause Order Dated July 9, 2005 (DE 11), filed August 12, 2005, and Joint Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice (DE 12), filed August 12, 2005. The Court has reviewed the record and is otherwise advised in the premises. Accordingly, it is hereby,

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the parties Joint Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice (DE 12) is AFFIRMED. This case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party to bear its own costs and attorney fees. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. The Clerk of Court shall CLOSE this case. The Court retains jurisdiction for the limited purpose of enforcing the terms of the settlement agreement reached by the parties.

DONE and ORDERED.
