On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 4 and Probate Court Brazoria County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. PR40574

Panel consists of Justices Spain, Poissant, and Wilson.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

This appeal appears to be from a judgment said to have been signed May 30, 2024. The clerk's record was filed August 5, 2024.

Our review has determined that a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record does not contain the trial court's judgment said to have been signed May 30, 2024.

The Brazoria County Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before August 26, 2024, containing the above-described item.

If that item is not part of the case file, the trial court clerk is directed to file as part of the supplemental clerk's record a certified statement that the omitted item is not a part of the case file.
