An appeal and cross appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 23, 2016, And plaintiff-appellant-respondent having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the aforementioned order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal to the November 2020 Term.
