In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, order granting plaintiff's motion for leave to serve and file a notice for a jury trial nunc pro tunc, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lewis, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Nolan, JJ., concur.
