FROM THE 421ST DISTRICT COURT OF CALDWELL COUNTY NOS. 20-055 & 20-115, THE HONORABLE CHRIS SCHNEIDER, JUDGE PRESIDING
Before Chief Justice Byrne, Justices Kelly and Theofanis
ORDER FOR CLERK TO PROVIDE APPELLATE RECORDS TO APPELLANT
PER CURIAM
In appellate cause numbers 03-23-00438-CR and 03-23-00439-CR, appellant's court-appointed counsel has filed motions to withdraw supported by briefs concluding that the appeals are frivolous and without merit. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 744 (1967). Appellant's counsel has certified to the Court that he provided copies of the motions and briefs to appellant, advised appellant of his right to examine the appellate records and file pro se responses, and supplied appellant with form motions for pro se access to the appellate records. See Kelly v. State, 436 S.W.3d 313, 319-20 (Tex. Crim. App. 2014). Appellant has timely filed the motions requesting access to the appellate records with this Court.
Appellant's pro se motions are granted. We hereby direct the clerk of the trial court to provide copies of the reporter's records and clerk's records to appellant, and to provide written verification to this Court of the date and manner in which the appellate records were provided, on or before December 8, 2023. See id. at 321.
It is ordered.
