STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL


COMES NOW Plaintiff NATIVIDAD SORIANO and Defendant ALAMO RENT-A-CAR, LLC, who through their counsel stipulate as follows:

WHEREAS the Plaintiff had filed an administrative claim with the United States Army and a stay is in effect as to Alamo Rent A Car, LLC.

The parties hereby stipulate that Plaintiff's claims and lawsuit will be dismissed pursuant to this stipulation as the matter has been settled in its entirety as to all parties and all claims.

The Court is asked to so order.

ORDER

Upon stipulation of the Parties, this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
