These cases are scheduled to be tried at a special session of the Tax Court in Atlanta, Georgia, beginning July 18, 2022. (Doc. 36.) The Court's order setting the trial date directed the parties to file a joint status report recommending a schedule for pretrial activity, and they did so on December 20, 2021. (Doc. 40.) It is
