These cases were scheduled for the Tax Court's Atlanta, Georgia, special trial session beginning July 18, 2022, but on July 8, 2022, the parties filed stipulations of settled issues resolving all the issues in these cases. It is

ORDERED that this case is continued and is stricken from the calendar of the upcoming session beginning July 18, 2022, and that trial session will be cancelled; but that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than August 12, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or another appropriate filing.
