ROBIN SORENSEN, ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

On June 23, 2022, the Commissioner filed a motion to compel in each of these consolidated cases; and on June 29 and 30, 2022, the Commissioner filed two motions in limine in each case. However, on July 8, 2022, the parties filed stipulations of settled issues that resolve all the cases. It is therefore

ORDERED that, in all four cases, the motion to compel and both motions in limine are denied as moot.
