ROBIN SORENSEN, ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson Judge

On July 1, 2022, the petitioners filed in these consolidated cases a motion for extension of time, asking the Court to "extend the deadline for the parties to exchange Proposed Trial Exhibits to July 5, 2022 and to file Motions in Limine to July 6, 2022". Apparently by mistake the motion was filed twice in No. 24797-18 and was not filed in No. 24798-18. It is

ORDERED that the redundant filing (Doc. 107 in No. 24797-18) shall be deemed stricken. It is further

ORDERED that the motion for extension of time is granted in all four cases.
