On October 29, 2021, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. Based on the Tax Court bar number listed thereon, it appears that the proposed stipulated decision has been signed by Vladislav M. Rozenzhak on behalf of Kim-Khanh Nguyen as counsel for respondent. Mr. Rozenzhak has not entered an appearance in this case.
The foregoing considered, it is
ORDERED that, on or before November 23, 2021, either (1) Mr. Rozenzhak shall enter an appearance in this case on behalf of respondent or (2) respondent shall file a report regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Mr. Rozenzhak at 24000 Avila Rd., Suite 4404, M/S 8800, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. It is further
ORDERED that action on the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed October 29, 2021, shall be held in abeyance pending further direction of the Court.
