ORDER

Appellant's brief was due May 10, 2017. No brief or motion for extension of time was filed. On June 15, 2017, this court issued an order abating the appeal and directing the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine the reason for failure to file appellant's brief. On June 15, 2017, appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief.

Accordingly, our order of June 15, 2015 is withdrawn. The appeal is reinstated. The motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief is granted. Appellant's brief is due on or before July 10, 2017. No further extensions of time will be granted absent exceptional circumstances.
