In an action to recover damages for alleged libel, slander and malicious prosecution, order denying plaintiff's motion for a direction that the trial of the issues of fact be had by a special jury affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
