On April 16, 2021, respondent filed a status report at Index No. 23. Thereafter, on the same date, respondent filed a second status report at Index No. 24. The second status report appears to be a duplicate of the first.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's status report, filed April 16, 2021, at Index No. 23 is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 1, 2021, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision or a joint report regarding the then-present status of this case.
