On February 7, 2022, counsel for petitioner filed a Motion to Change or Correct Caption. In that motion, petitioner's counsel states that (1) petitioner is an incapacitated person, (2) on July 15, 2021, Julia Solomon was appointed as guardian of petitioner's estate by the Palm Beach County Circuit Court of Miami, Florida in case number 2021-GA-000332-XXXX-NB, and (3) respondent has no objection to the granting of the motion. On February 7, 2022, the parties filed a joint Motion for Continuance. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion to Change or Correct Caption is recharacterized as petitioner's Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption. It is further

ORDERED that the Motion to Substitute Parties and Change Caption is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the caption in these cases is amended to read: "Evelyn Solomon, Julia Solomon, Guardian, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and these cases are continued generally.
