On July 29, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that they continue to work together towards resolution of these cases, however, the parties need more time as Docket No. 12964-20 remains subject to review by respondent's Office of Appeals and respondent's counsel is unable to estimate how much longer this review will take due to a backlog from the COVID-19 pandemic. .

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the undersigned no longer retains jurisdiction over these cases and are restored to the general docket.
