An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 22, 2016, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their appeal (M-3399), And defendant-respondent having cross-moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeal (M-3635),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the February 2018 Term. The cross motion is denied.
