WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. The judgment at issue is a final appealable judgment under La. C.C.P. art. 1915A(3). Therefore, the writ is granted for the limited purpose of remanding the case to the district court with instructions to grant the relators an appeal. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that this case be remanded to the trial court with instructions to grant Jacob Hester, Amanda Hester, and International Fidelity Insurance Company an appeal pursuant to the December 17, 2014, pleading notifying the district court of relators' intention to seek writs. See In Re Howard, 541 So. 2d 195 (La. 1989). A copy of this Court's order is to be included in the appellate record.
