Appeal, No. 34, Feb. T., 1962, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, March T., 1960, No. 92, in case of Guy A. Solfanelli v. Borough of Archbald. Judgment affirmed.

Assumpsit. Before NEALON, J., without a jury.

Findings entered for defendant; exceptions to findings overruled and judgment entered for defendant. Plaintiff appealed.
