ORDER

This case is before the Court on respondent's motion to remand, filed January 23, 2023, and heard on February 13, 2023, when the case was called from the calendar in Houston, Texas. The parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, for the reasons set forth in respondent's motion, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing to be held not later than May 15, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that following the completion of further administrative consideration, but not later than June 29, 2023, the parties shall report in writing to the Court as to the status of the case.
