CONTRACTS, § 585 — evidence sufficient to warrant findings for plaintiffs. In action for damages for breach of contract to weld exhaust deflector assemblies to be furnished by defendant to plaintiffs, evidence warranted findings and judgment for plaintiffs as against contentions that contract was severable covering several distinct and separate items and that defendant was justified in terminating contract because plaintiffs did not maintain deliveries according to schedule and did not perform work which was acceptable under ordnance specifications.
