NADER SOHEYLY-KHANSARI & ZOHREH ZAKI KHANI, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

By Order issued May 15, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. On June 16, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Dismiss, indicating therein that this matter has been resolved with the IRS. Petitioners' motion suggests that petitioners do not intend to pay the Court's filing fee.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction on the grounds that petitioners failed to pay the Court's filing fee. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Dismiss is denied as moot.
