MASTERS AND COMMISSIONERS, § 9fees. Where original allowance to master was $2,990, which Appellate Court reversed, lower court was justified in fixing fees at $957, the master claiming for 36 days at $40 per day, plus the statutory folio charge, the charges being reduced from his former claim, and there being an admitted overcharge as result of error in computing number of folios.

Appeal from Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. ROBERT J. DUNNE, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at June term, 1940.
