So much of the judgment as declares that judgment shall enter in favor of Taunton Realty on count 1 and declares that Taunton Realty may use the right of way to access lot 66-426 for uses accessory to lot 66-424 is vacated. The question whether Taunton Realty has an easement by prescription over the right of way to access lot 66-426 is remanded for further consideration. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed.
