ORDER

Pending before the Court is a joint motion for continuance (Doc. 11) filed by the parties on October 21, 2021, and two separate unopposed motions to withdraw (Docs. 12-13), filed by the Commissioner's counsel, Houng T. Bailie and Blake J. Cory, in which they seek to withdraw as counsel of record in this case. In the parties' joint motion for continuance, they describe the status of the case and state that the parties are cooperatively working on the development of the case with the IRS Independent Office of Appeals ("Appeals") and that "the granting of this motion would provide Petitioner additional time to continue their discussions with Appeals and attempt to resolve this case with Appeals…". In view of the record in this case, it is

ORDERED that the unopposed motions to withdraw (Docs. 12-13) filed October 21, 2021, are granted for the reasons stated therein. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued generally.
