SO v. GRH

LC No. 2022-117930-PH

ORDER

Sima G. Patel, Judge, acting under MCR 7.217 and MCR 7.219(I), orders:

The motion for waiver of transcript costs, or in the alternative, waiver of transcript is DENIED. The Court determined that a review of the October 24, 2022 transcript is necessary to a resolution of this case and, therefore, requested that appellant file a copy of the transcript. Appellant has failed to do so. Therefore, the above appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution, appellant having failed to ensure the timely filing of the transcript.

Appellant may seek reinstatement of this appeal pursuant to MCR 7.217(D). Any motion for reinstatement will have the most chance for success if appellant files a copy of the October 24, 2022 transcript with the motion for reinstatement. Additionally, as previously requested, this Court directs appellant to file a copy of the video evidence she offered and/or provided to the trial court on October 24, 2022.
