Order modified by striking therefrom the direction that Helena Day Snyder pay the damages therein mentioned to Louis J. Snyder, as trustee defendant, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Jenks, P.J., Thomas, Rich, Blackmar and Jaycox, JJ., concurred.
