ROSS D. SNYDER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Judge

On March 14, 2023, the Court filed petitioner's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 or in The Alternative, Motion for Other Privacy Protection Pursuant to Rule 27. The submission reflects improper joinder of motions, in contravention of Rule 54(b) of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, which provides that "motions shall be separately stated and not joined together." Accordingly, the Court will strike petitioner's motion. The two motions should instead be prepared and filed as two separate motions.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-reference motion, filed March 14, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Declaration of Ross D. Snyder in Support of Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103 or in The Alternative, Motion for Other Privacy Protection Pursuant to Rule 27, filed March 14, 2023, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
