JAMES F. SNOWDEN & JENNIFER K. SNOWDEN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Courtney D. Jones Judge.

On November 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. This case was called from the calendar of the Court's December 12, 2022, trial session for Baltimore, Maryland. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard.

ORDERED that the Court's December 14, 2022, Order to Show Cause (Doc. 20) is hereby discharged. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by this Division of the Court and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
