Opinion

Gen. No. 40,260. (Abstract of Decision.)

BROKERS, § 106action for commission, evidence of services rendered. In action for commission alleged to be due plaintiffs for negotiating a loan of $800,000 for defendant, which loan defendant failed to consummate, additional evidence after former appeal based on arbitrator's award showed that the insurance company which allegedly accepted the loan application did not purport to accept the loan application of defendant, but rather of a building corporation, and defendant's formal application, for a loan was never acted upon.
