ORDER
The Preliminary Pre-trial Order entered by the Court in this case on February 13, 2002 requires the parties to confer to prepare, execute and file with the Court, with a courtesy copy provided to chambers of the undersigned, a single, joint, Preliminary Pre-Trial Statement in advance of the initial pre-trial conference. The Court has received from counsel for Plaintiff a Preliminary Pre-trial Statement that was accompanied by a cover letter indicating that it was prepared, at least in part, without the participation of counsel for Defendants; separately, the Court received a document captioned Defendants' Preliminary Pre-Trial Order. It is hereby ORDER ED, that the parties shall confer and shall file a single joint preliminary pre-trial statement in accordance with the February 13, 2002 order, no later than August 5, 2002 (the "Extended Date"), with a courtesy copy to Chambers. If counsel for Plaintiff fails to participate in the preparation and filing of the Joint Preliminary Pre-Trial Statement on or before the Extended Date, this action shall be dismissed. If counsel for Defendants fail to participate in the preparation and filing of the Joint Preliminary Pre-Trial Statement on or before the Extended D ate, Defendants shall be precluded from offering any evidence at the trial of this action.
