Richard Hightower, Judge

The Court abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court to consider counsel Monroe Solomon's motion to withdraw. On June 17, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record was filed containing the trial court's order granting counsel Solomon's motion to withdraw and appointing new counsel, Brian Newman.

We lift the abatement and reinstate the appeal on the active docket. Appellant's brief shall be due 30 days from the date of this order The State's brief will be due 30 days after appellant's brief is filed

It is so ORDERED.
