Opinion

No. 1D01-77.

Opinion filed March 15, 2001.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Escambia County. Joseph Q. Tarbuck, Judge.

James M. Messer, Pensacola, for Appellant.

Stephen T. Holman, Pensacola, for Appellee.

Having considered appellant's response to the court's order dated February 2, 2001, the Court has determined that it lacks jurisdiction.See, e.g., Johnson v. First City Bank of Gainesville, 491 So.2d 1217 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986). Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. Further, the Appellant, Charles Ray Snider's Motion for Fees and Costs, filed February 15, 2001, is denied.
