Upon further review of the record in this case and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioners Randall L. Snider and Cynthia A. Snider are no longer required to file an Amended Petition. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 22, 2024, respondent shall file an Answer to the Petition filed to commence this case.
