ORDER

PER CURIAM

Lonnie Snelling ("Appellant") once again appeals the May 3, 2018 and June 6, 2018 judgments of the trial court denying his motion to enter a nunc pro tunc judgment. This exact issue has been the subject of a prior appeal and the judgment of the trial court was affirmed by this Court in ED106871.

Appellant’s request for re-hearing and request for transfer to the Supreme Court of Missouri in ED106871 were denied.

This appeal has previously been denied, we do so again. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
