In a negligence action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff's intestate, arising from a collision of a motor vehicle, owned by defendant Port of New York Authority and operated by defendant Schwartz, with a motor vehicle owned by United Air Lines, Inc., and operated by the decedent, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 1, 1960, denying her motion to amend the proposed record on appeal, granting defendants' motion to strike out pages 226 through 231 of such record, and settling the record accordingly. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Beldock, Acting P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
