Respondent having moved to adjourn the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Lewis on December 1, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Mark G. Gebo, Esq., sworn to December 17, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for February 22, 2016, and is added to the term of this Court commencing April 4, 2016.
