M.P. NO. 1726.

March 29, 1972.

Motion for leave to file petition for writ of certiorari granted, the writ to issue forthwith. Petitioners' prayer for a restraining order limiting the stop work order issued by the zoning inspector, John E. Tourtellotte, and the building official, Angelo Algiere, of the Town of Westerly, on March 3, 1972, and limiting the stop work order to apply to the easterly 50 foot portion of the building which may or may not be in violation of the town zoning code is granted. Roberts, C.J., is of the opinion that the restraining order should not issue.
